SHIPPING POLICY

Tricofun currently offers free shipping for all orders!If you have any special shipping requests, be sure to email them immediately, along with your order number, to contact@tricofun.com. We do our best to accommodate these requests but are unable to guarantee they can be fulfilled.

Packing Time 

• Items in stock pack & ship in 2 days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) if placed by 12pm EST.
• Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.
• All orders are subject to review which may affect shipping times.

Standard Shipping

• Takes 3-5 business days.
• Please expect your delivery to take an additional 3 business days for rural areas.
• Please allow 5 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Micronesia and the US Virgin Islands. Non-continental US territories and APO’s will be shipped via USPS and will not have order tracking available.
• Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be delivered via US Postal Service.
• Free delivery will automatically apply to your online, telephone or Pick a Brick order.

Shipping & Service Delays

Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.

Order cancellations

You’ll be able to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order.  To find out where your order is in its journey you can check your account page. If your order includes only pre-order or backorder items, you’ll be able to cancel up to 5 business days before the estimated delivery date. If you missed the cancellation window, you can return your item in exchange for a full refund.

DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE:

If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturer’s defect within 3 months from the date the item is marked delivered, we will gladly help you replace the item. You must email a picture of the defect and your order receipt to contact@tricofun.com. All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival or were not received must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by postal carrier. Should the item be a clearance item you will only be issued the amount paid for the item.
