RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing high-quality toy products and service. If you are not satisfied with our products, we are happy to offer you a return service. Please read the following return policy and follow the instructions.

✭ You may request a return within 45 days after receiving the product.

✭ To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, and must be in its original packaging.

✭ Please keep your purchase receipt or order number for us to verify your purchase information.

✭ A fee of $8.0 is charged for returns if you choose to receive store credit this fee is waived. Items marked as  final sale cannot be returned/exchanged please contact customer service at contact@tricofun.com if you have any issues with a final sale item.

✭ International  Returns (From Outside the US and Canada): Customer will be responsible for the return fees.

✭ Our customer service team will provide you with a return request form and guide you on how to return the product.

✭ Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days.

✭ Opened Sets: Returns of opened Tricofun sets must include the original shipping confirmation email or receipt and can be returned for exchange or merchandise credit only. Please make sure you use a sturdy, secure package.

✭ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card account.

✭ Please note that the refund amount may be subject to processing times by some banks, so the actual arrival time may vary.

GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable
