Product Design

Product Designer – Tricofun Character & Build Designer

We’re looking for a creative product designer to help develop new Tricofun characters, shapes, and buildable models.

This role is ideal for someone who loves toy design, collectible characters, soft sculpture, construction systems, or hands-on model making. You’ll help turn Tricofun’s soft triangular building pieces into animals, companions, seasonal characters, gift sets, and new collectible product lines.

What you’ll work on:

  • Design new Tricofun characters and buildable forms
  • Develop animal, holiday, collectible, and companion-style concepts
  • Explore shapes, proportions, expressions, colors, and build logic
  • Create sketches, 3D mockups, reference boards, or prototype directions
  • Work with the Tricofun team to refine designs for production

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Strong visual design sense
  • Experience in toy design, character design, product design, industrial design, craft design, or 3D modeling
  • A good understanding of form, proportion, color, and personality
  • The ability to design cute, simple, collectible, and emotionally engaging characters
  • Interest in building systems, modular toys, or hands-on creative products

Freelance Tricofun Build Designer

We’re always looking for freelance designers who can create new Tricofun builds, characters, and product ideas.

This is a flexible project-based role for designers, toy artists, makers, 3D artists, craft designers, or anyone who has a strong eye for cute and buildable forms.

You may be a great fit if you can:

  • Create original character concepts
  • Design buildable Tricofun models using our triangle-based system
  • Develop cute animals, fantasy characters, seasonal themes, or collectible companions

Marketing Director of Growth

We’re looking for a growth-focused marketing leader to help Tricofun scale across ecommerce, retail, social media, and creator-led channels.

This role is for someone who understands brand building and performance marketing — someone who can turn a unique toy concept into a growing consumer brand.

What you’ll work on:

  • Build and lead Tricofun’s growth strategy
  • Improve website conversion, product launches, email marketing, and campaign planning
  • Develop customer acquisition strategies across paid, organic, influencer, and retail channels
  • Help define positioning, messaging, and product storytelling
  • Track performance, test creative, and identify new growth opportunities
  • Work closely with product, content, and retail teams

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in ecommerce, DTC, toys, gifts, lifestyle products, or consumer brands
  • Strong knowledge of growth marketing, paid media, email, social, and conversion strategy

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to help Tricofun build relationships with creators, parents, toy reviewers, craft creators, lifestyle influencers, and social media communities.

What you’ll work on:

  • Research and identify potential influencers and content partners
  • Manage outreach, gifting, follow-ups, and collaboration tracking
  • Coordinate product seeding and campaign details

  • Track creator performance and organize content assets

We’re looking for a Social Media Creator who can bring Tricofun to life through short-form videos, photos, storytelling, and playful product content.

This role is perfect for someone who loves making cute, cozy, satisfying, or emotionally engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.

What you’ll work on:

  • Create short-form video concepts for Tricofun characters and products
  • Film or edit product videos, build videos, desk companion scenes, unboxings, and lifestyle content
  • Develop creative hooks, captions, and social storytelling
  • Help test different content styles, trends, and formats
  • Create content that feels warm, playful, calming, and shareable

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Strong sense of social media trends and short-form video
  • Experience creating social content for brands or personal channels
  • Experience creating TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest
  • Good visual taste and attention to detail

Paid Social Content Creator

We’re looking for a Paid Social Content Creator who can create high-performing ad content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other paid social platforms.

This role focuses on content that can stop the scroll, explain the product quickly, and drive clicks, conversions, and purchases.

What you’ll work on:

  • Create paid social video concepts and ad creatives
  • Develop hooks, scripts, product demos, and UGC-style ads
  • Test different angles, including gifting, stress relief, collectibles, desk companions, creativity, and hands-on fun
  • Edit short videos for paid campaigns
  • Work with the marketing team to evaluate performance and improve creative

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience creating paid social ads, UGC ads, or performance creative
  • Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, product demos, and conversion-focused content
